We are a professional intimate salon based in the historic Hill District of Pittsburgh. We specialize in scalp care and hair care first. Our client base is 90% natural and/or wear their hair curly. Monica, the owner, specializes in natural hair & curl care, while she has trained other staff in specific parts of the natural/curl care spectrum. We also do beautiful braids, cuts, color, locs, extensions, crochet & have someone on staff that does relaxers, keratins and aftercare. Cancellation Policy

Hi beautiful/handsome welcome to Salon XO, our goal is make you feel at home and to help you reach your hair goals with consistent healthy haircare services. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: I'm requiring cards on file for EXISTING clients unless service is over 3hrs and/or $150. All NEW clients require a 35% deposit. Once trust has been breached by a no show (How Rude!) you will be banned and/or required to pay in full for all appointments. Simply follow our fair business policies and we can work together in harmony. Cancelation Policy: Late cancellations (Less than 72 hrs) are charged a 50% cancellation fee for your reserved appointment time. No shows and same day cancelations are charged 100%. Properly Rescheduled/Canceled appointment deposits are transferable once within 3 months then automatically defaulted. We can't wait to see you all! Xo, Monica - CEO
